Parma – Upscale Italian Dining
We’re looking for an experienced, polished Server/Bartender to join the team at Parma, our upscale Italian restaurant known for exceptional food, elevated service, and a warm, refined atmosphere.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and genuine service to every guest
- Execute full-service dining while also supporting the bar when needed
- Prepare classic and signature cocktails with consistency and care
- Maintain a clean, organized section and bar area
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth, high-level service
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous serving and bartending experience in upscale dining
- Strong wine, cocktail, and Italian cuisine knowledge (or willingness to learn)
- Comfortable using POS systems to manage orders and payments
- Professional, positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Smart Serve certified
