We are looking for a well organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Administration Coordinator to join our team at our downtown Victoria office. This role plays an important part in supporting our daily financial operations, inventory processes, and administrative functions across our organization.
The successful applicant will play an important role in supporting our daily operations by processing accounts payable, working with Excel spreadsheets and formulas, assisting with reporting, supporting inventory management through our LBOSS system, and providing administrative support to our Administration team and store locations.

What You'll Do
- You will process weekly Accounts Payable invoices and maintain accurate records.
- Reconcile weekly product receiving's and review vendor errors.
- Complete daily cash postings and bank reconciliations.
- Record credit card payments and process AMEX and VISA postings.
- Assist with operational reporting and spreadsheet preparation.
- Support inventory accuracy and resolve inventory-related questions.
- The successful applicant will order and maintain office supplies and gather supplies for store locations.
- Complete and provide other administrative support or other duties as assigned by the Accounting Team Lead.
What We're Looking For
In order for someone to succeed in this particular role, you will enjoy getting into the finer details, spotting errors, and taking pride in producing accurate work while meeting deadlines.
You will have strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly, along with experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, spreadsheets and formulas. Experience with LBOSS POS Software and Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) would be an asset, but is not required. The ability to maintain accurate records and stay organized is key to success in this role.
