Position Summary
This role involves completing post-construction service work in residential properties to prepare units for occupancy. The ideal candidate takes pride in high-quality workmanship, works independently, and comes prepared with their own equipment and products.
Responsibilities
- Perform post-construction service work in residential properties.
- Remove dust, debris, and construction residue from interior surfaces.
- Clean and detail floors, baseboards, windows, fixtures, and other finished areas.
- Prepare units to be presentation-ready for clients or occupants.
- Follow site instructions and complete work within scheduled timelines.
- Maintain a professional and respectful presence on-site.
- Communicate progress or issues clearly with management.
Requirements
- Must have own equipment and required products.
- Experience in post-construction work is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Comfortable working in residential properties.
