Role Purpose
The Busser / Tasting Room Support team member plays a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience by ensuring tasting areas are clean, organized, and ready for service. This position supports the tasting room team by maintaining presentation standards, assisting with guest flow, restocking supplies, and helping create a seamless and welcoming environment for visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service Support
· Maintain clean, polished, and guest-ready tasting spaces throughout service
· Clear and reset tasting stations promptly and efficiently
· Assist with guest seating and support overall guest flow during busy periods
· Support the tasting room team in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere
Operations & Organization
· Restock glassware, tasting supplies, merchandise bags, and retail materials
· Assist with dishwashing, glass polishing, and inventory replenishment
· Maintain cleanliness of tasting areas, retail spaces, patios, and service stations
· Support opening and closing procedures
Team Support
· Communicate effectively with hosts, wine associates, and management
· Assist with winery events, special experiences, and peak service periods
· Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

Qualifications
· Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
· Ability to lift up to 15–18 kg (40 lbs)
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Role Details
· Seasonal (June–October) with potential for extended opportunities
· Available for weekends and holidays
· Part-time
