About the Role:
We’re looking for someone who wants to learn the craft and be part of a shop that builds beautiful, meaningful work. Experience helps, but attitude and curiosity matter more. If you like working with your hands and want to be part of a team that cares about quality, you’ll fit in here.
What You’ll Do:
- Help build and restore custom wood windows, doors, and sash
- Use hand tools and machinery (we’ll teach you what you don’t know)
- Sanding, shaping, assembly, and prep work
- Follow measurements and shop drawings
- Keep the workspace clean and contribute to a good shop atmosphere
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, steady, and willing to learn
- Interest in craftsmanship and detailed work
- Basic tool experience is an asset but not required
