Aukazi recrute pour l'un de ses clients, une entreprise de logistique tierce (3PL) située à Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, un(e) Cariste / Coordonnateur(trice) à l'expédition.
Il s'agit d'un poste offrant une excellente possibilité d'intégrer une entreprise en pleine croissance. La personne recherchée partagera son temps entre les opérations en entrepôt et les tâches administratives liées aux expéditions.
Responsabilités
Entrepôt
- Conduire un chariot élévateur contrepoids de façon sécuritaire.
- Charger et décharger les remorques.
- Déplacer, organiser et préparer les marchandises.
- Utiliser des pinces (clamps) au besoin.
- Effectuer les inspections quotidiennes du chariot.
- Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et sécuritaire.
Expédition et administration
- Préparer les connaissements (Bills of Lading).
- Vérifier les documents d'expédition et de réception.
- Coordonner les expéditions avec les transporteurs.
- Effectuer la saisie de données dans le système informatique.
- Assurer le suivi des commandes et des expéditions.
- Communiquer avec les chauffeurs, les clients et les équipes internes.
Profil recherché
- Expérience comme cariste sur chariot élévateur contrepoids.
- Expérience avec les pinces (clamps) considérée comme un atout important.
- Expérience en expédition, réception ou logistique.
- À l'aise avec les connaissements (Bills of Lading) et la documentation de transport.
- Bonne connaissance de l'informatique.
- Bilingue (français et anglais).
- Organisé(e), autonome et minutieux(se).
- Esprit d'équipe et excellent sens des priorités.

Aukazi is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients, a growing third-party logistics (3PL) company in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, for a Forklift Operator / Shipping Coordinator.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization with the intention of becoming a permanent team member. The successful candidate will divide their time between warehouse operations and shipping administration.
Responsibilities
Warehouse
- Safely operate a counterbalance forklift.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Move, stage, and organize freight.
- Operate clamp attachments when required.
- Complete daily forklift inspections.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Shipping & Administration
- Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs).
- Verify shipping and receiving documentation.
- Coordinate shipments with carriers.
- Enter shipping information into the warehouse management system.
- Monitor shipments and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift.
- Clamp attachment experience is a strong asset.
- Experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or logistics.
- Comfortable preparing and managing Bills of Lading and shipping documentation.
- Good computer skills.
- Bilingual (English and French).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize.
- Reliable with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
