Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support Centralized Intake of 5 regions, by reviewing all referrals to the program, triaging/prioritizing accounting for program volumes and geography; maintenance of master data base
- Responsible for the quarterly reporting of data to the Strategic Lead and Coordinator
- Works collaboratively with care team to coordinate education events across all regions
- Responsible for recruitment and retention of staff members for the Behavioural Supports Ontario (BSO) program. Assists in the ongoing support of program and initiatives.
- Assists the management team in the recruitment process including selection, referencing, interviews, offer letters and on-boarding.
- Assists with general program orientation for BSO.
- Accurately maintains the Payroll, HRIS and Education Databases.
- Maintain confidentiality with all aspects of the role
- Responsible for daily attendance tracking and communication to the team.
- May be required to cover for Program Managers in their absence
Skills and Qualifications:
- RN or RPN in good standing, registered with CNO is required
- HR experience is an asset
- Experience in triaging and prioritization of higher risk clients required
- Experience in recruitment is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills is required
- Experience in long-term care or health care is preferred
- Initiative, high energy level, and the ability to co-ordinate a number of different activities running simultaneously, yet independently of one another is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required
Schedule:
- 0700-1500 hrs
- Monday to Friday
License/Certification:
- Registration in good standing with CNO
