Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive online engagement, and increase sales across various digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce, SEO, and data analytics, along with proficiency in a variety of digital tools and programming languages. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in optimizing our online presence through innovative campaigns and data-driven insights.
Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing channels.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage and update the company’s website using WordPress, ensuring content is current and engaging.
- Design compelling graphics and visual content using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other analytics tools to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Advertising to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and related technologies such as SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Keyword research techniques.
- Assist in email marketing efforts by designing templates, segmenting audiences, and analyzing campaign results.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive in digital marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and strategies.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Google AdWords/Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing tools.
- Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Experience with WordPress website management and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various analytics platforms to inform decision-making.
- Familiarity with SQL for data management is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $34,400.00-$87,014.37 per year
