Overview
We are looking for a Business Development and Funnel Lead to design, build, and manage our client acquisition engine. This role blends sales, relationship building, and sales funnel optimization. The right candidate understands how to move prospects from first touch to paid engagement through structured, measurable systems.
Duties
- Develop and execute B2C outbound and inbound sales strategies
- Manage lead funnels from awareness to conversion
- Establish and manage CRM workflows and tracking systems
- Generate and qualify leads through partnerships, referrals, and events
- Support closing conversations
- Track key performance indicators including lead volume, conversion rate, CAC, and pipeline velocity
- Continuously test and improve messaging, offers, and positioning
- Ensure a positive first impression.
- Schedule consultation appointments using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Support the Apex team activities as needed.
Skills
- Experience in business development, sales, or growth roles
- Understanding of sales funnels and lead conversion
- Comfortable with CRM platforms and performance tracking
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and adjust strategy
- Self directed and comfortable working in an early stage environment
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to operate phone systems professionally while managing multiple calls.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in sales is a plus.
