Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards
- Change linens, empty trash bins, and replenish supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Use custodial equipment and cleaning supplies efficiently and safely
- Adhere to all company policies regarding hygiene, safety, and confidentiality
Requirements
- Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial cleaning environments
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks thoroughly and efficiently
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and adhere to safety guidelines
