Your Role
We are looking for capable Dishwashers to join the Penticton Lakeside Resort team in a high-paced and energetic kitchen environment. This role offers vital support to the culinary team to ensure each meal served is of the highest quality, ensuring guests leave with a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashers, as well as washing by hand when necessary
- Cleaning, organizing, and restocking workstation as required
- Basic food prep, including but not limited to washing or peeling vegetables
- Other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef
Requirements
- Experience in a commercial kitchen an asset
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Pay: From $18.25 per hour
