Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and personable Esthetician to join our skincare and beauty team. The successful candidate will be confident, reliable and experienced in performing waxing, manicure, pedicures, facials, body treatments and relaxation massage on men and women. Training is provided upon being hired with our protocols and procedures.

Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, waxing, and body treatments with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Assist clients with product recommendations and retail sales to enhance their skincare routines.
- Learn front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking clients in/out, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace for exception scenarios.
- Engage with clients through excellent customer service, addressing their needs and questions effectively.
- Upsell additional services or products to maximize client satisfaction and spa revenue.
- Maintain proper sanitation protocols and adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication skills, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements
- Valid Esthetician license in accordance from Canada.
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Effective communication skills to interact clearly with clients and team members.
- Previous experience working at the front desk or in a reception role is advantageous.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
