We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Host/Hostess to join our team. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Assist in seating guests according to seating chart or guest preferences
- Manage waitlist during peak hours
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Provide assistance to guests with special needs or requests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
