As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll own full-cycle recruitment across Corporate, Sales, and Construction while helping shape the quality of talent that fuels Fusion Homes' continued growth.

- Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $90,000–$120,000 CAD, plus eligibility for an annual bonus. Final compensation will be based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
