JOB SUMMARY:
The qualified candidate will have a very customer-centric attitude. They will be expected to provide customer service both on the phones and at the counter when working in the store. This individual will prepare and deliver orders in a timely manner and source product when needed. They will be required to stay up to date with various promotions and industry/product knowledge training.
Reporting to the Operations Manager and Branch Manager, this cross-functional role will also require the successful candidate to assist with warehouse duties, deliveries and stock level/order management.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Help to maintain the appearance of the store front
- Receive orders and cross reference with packing slips
- Assist in keeping stock levels under control
- Customer quotes and inquiries
- Assist with order preparation
- Ongoing participation in webinars an vendor training to enhance understanding of product knowledge
- Pick and deliver orders as needed
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILSS:
- Motivated and positive attitude
- Willingness to research and source information
- Active listener and great communicator
- Relevant product or industry knowledge preferred, but not required
- Valid driver's license essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $37,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
