Marketing Operations & Communications Coordinator
Position Purpose
The Marketing Operations & Communications Coordinator supports the successful execution of Ganz sales and marketing programs through project coordination, information management, and catalogue production. This role also provides communications support through website content management, copy development, product feature updates, e-blast content, and promotional marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, coordinate, execute,and oversee information management for all assigned categories and projects.
2. Initiate, coordinate, create, and implement sales support materials within established timelines.
3. Collaborate with appropriate departments to ensure seamless product launches.
4. Create, maintain, and distribute information reports for assigned categories and projects.
5. Maintain accurate pricing and all relevant product data for assigned categories.
6. Set up, review, and proof catalogue content to ensure accuracy and make corrections as required.
7. Maintain assigned catalogues within various web-based databases.
8. Act as a liaison between Marketing Operations & Communications. Ensuring product information, promotional content & retailer-facing materials are accurate, timely & aligned across all marketing channels.
9. Assist in the development and maintenance of retailer communications. Including website content, product copy, e-blasts, promotional materials and digital marketing initiatives.
10. Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for technology optimization and propose appropriate solutions and improvements across a variety of system software platforms.
11. Partner with IT and other departments to improve operational efficiencies.
12. Assist in the development of marketing strategies and implementation of change quickly and efficiently.
Education & Experience
- Minimum (5) years of related marketing experience in a catalogue production and marketing environment.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills; strong organizational & project management skills; ability to multitask; attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite knowledge considered an asset; excellent interpersonal & presentation skills.
- Must demonstrate flexibility, sound judgment, professionalism, tact, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills while meeting production deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
