Job Summary
We are seeking a personable and professional individual to join our team as a Barber. This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment, supporting clients with their needs, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Duties
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with their inquiries at the front desk
- Provide expert hair styling services, ensuring client satisfaction and comfort
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the workspace
- Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and meet sales goals
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate client bookings efficiently
- Support retail sales by recommending suitable products based on client needs
- Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized service
Skills
- Have at least 2 years of Barber/Hairstyling experience
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols relevant to personal care environments
- Front desk experience demonstrating organizational skills and professionalism
- Ability to work well in a team environment while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently
