Direct Environmental Drilling Inc. is currently seeking Driller Assistants. The candidate for this position will:
- be able to lift 50lbs comfortably
- be able to work out-of-town occasionally
- work in all of Ontario's climates
- MUST have valid G Class License with 3 years experience commercial driving experience (i.e. medium duty trucks)
- have good customer service skills and conduct themselves in a professional manner
- be mechanically inclined and good at problem solving
- have an understanding of health and safety policies and procedures
The general duties of a Driller Assistant includes:
- loading and unloading drilling tooling and materials
- maintaining and cleaning equipment and tooling
- assist Driller Supervisor with drilling related activities
- drive service truck to drilling locations
