Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter to join our construction and restoration team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in carpentry, concrete finishing, and the use of various hand and power tools. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, including siding, framing, and concrete work, contributing to high-quality building and renovation efforts. Candidates should be comfortable with heavy lifting and operating heavy equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency on every job site.
Duties
- Construct, install, and repair structures such as decks, framing, drywall, and finishes
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a carpenter (residential & commercial )
- Must have own vehicle
- Must have own tools
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good physical condition and ability to handle manual work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with deck building, renovations, or finishing work
- Basic knowledge of multiple trades (framing, drywall, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license
