Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Air Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role involves performing thorough cleaning and maintenance of residential and commercial air duct systems to improve indoor air quality and system efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. Prior experience in construction, restoration, or related trades is highly valued, along with familiarity with various tools and technical schematics. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive cleaning of air duct systems using specialized equipment and techniques
- Inspect ductwork for damage, mold, or debris buildup and report findings
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively during service procedures
- Follow schematics and blueprints to identify system components and access points
- Perform minor repairs or maintenance as needed to ensure optimal system operation
- Adhere to safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings clearly to clients or supervisors
- Assist with related tasks such as sealing, caulking, or restoration work when required
- Ensure work areas are kept clean and organized throughout the job process
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction, restoration, plumbing, masonry, electrical work, or related fields is preferred
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating is a plus
- Ability to operate heavy equipment and use various hand tools and power tools safely
- Knowledge of caulking, flooring installation, tile laying, cabinet installation, or concrete finishing is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in confined spaces or elevated areas
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license preferred for travel between job sites

Pay: $17.20-$29.75 per hour
