Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales transactions and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products and colors
- Demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and inventory
- Process cash and credit card payments accurately
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with help from ownership
- Tint and mix, paints and stains with automated tinting machine and shakers
Beneficial Experience:
- Previous experience in paint, painting, retail sales or customer service
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory and merchandise displays
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service
