We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support staff to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and a passion for the food industry. As a Server support staff, you will be responsible for following the lead of the head servers and help run out beverages and food. And Providing the best in hospitality for the best guest experience.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed to support kitchen staff.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Bartending experience is a plus but not required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
