We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join our clients team at a large-scale bakery facility. The General Labourer will support daily production operations by assisting with food manufacturing processes, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring products are prepared according to quality and safety standards.
Location: Bolton, ON
Pay: 18.50/hr
Morning shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm(End time may vary, OT is required)
Responsibilities
- Assist with food production and packaging operations.
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
- Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
- Support production teams with various general labour duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food processing experience is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods during production shifts.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks including bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Comfortable working in a busy production environment.
