Full-Time | New Clinic Opening June 1
We’re opening a brand-new DermaEnvy Skincare clinic in Bedford and are looking for an experienced, results-driven Clinic Lead Aesthetician to help launch, lead, and grow the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on client results, sales performance, and team development.
What You’ll Do
✔ Perform advanced aesthetic treatments (30 hrs/week)
✔ Build a strong, loyal client base from day one
✔ Lead and coach a small team to hit sales targets + KPIs
✔ Drive clinic revenue through consultations, packages, and retail
✔ Manage day-to-day operations (schedule, inventory, standards)
✔ Support hiring, onboarding, and team development
✔ Contribute to social media + local marketing efforts
✔ Track performance and take action to grow the business
What We’re Looking For
✔ 5–10 years experience in medical aesthetics or advanced skincare
✔ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
✔ Strong consultation and closing skills (packages, treatment plans)
✔ Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
✔ Social media confident (comfortable creating content)
✔ Organized, driven, and results-focused
✔ Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
✔ Valid Cosmetology Association of Nova Scotia license preferred
