Mississauga Hyundai is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Human Resource Coordinator to join our team. In this collaborative role, you will work closely with the HR Department to support a variety of human resource functions and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR Department, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain accurate filing of HR documents and manage office supply inventory.
- Assist with the implementation of HR projects and initiatives that support dealership employees.
- Perform additional duties in partnership with the HR Manager as required.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
