The Lighting Shoppe in Chatham is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Lighting Design Associate to help homeowners, builders, and designers bring their lighting ideas to life.

Compensation
· Starting wage: $18.50/hour + performance bonus
· Health benefits after 90 days

Responsibilities
· Assist customers with selecting lighting solutions for homes and renovation projects
· Guide clients through the full sales process from consultation to order completion
· Prepare quotes, pricing, and delivery timelines for homeowners and builders
· Process orders accurately and ensure strong follow-up with customers
· Maintain attractive and organized showroom displays
· Support merchandising and showroom presentation standards
· Provide product knowledge and lighting guidance to customers
Qualifications
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Retail or showroom sales experience preferred (lighting or décor experience an asset)
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
· Detail-oriented and organized
· Positive attitude and team mindset
Schedule
· Full-time permanent position
· Includes daytime, evening, and Saturday shifts
