Position: Sr. Client Manager – Commercial Lines
Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)
Salary: Competitive
Duration: Permanent, Full-Time position
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years insurance experience in Commercial lines.
- RIBO license required
- CIP or CIAB designations considered an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, client development/relationship management experience essential, along with strong customer service background.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and EPIC Building software.
Overview:
- Promptly respond to inquiries via phone, email, and fax, maintaining high service standards.
- Document customer files accurately in the EPIC system, noting interactions with customers and insurers.
- Conduct thorough renewal reviews, recommend options, compare quotes, and engage in remarketing.
- Manage renewals, endorsements, and claims, including change requests and new business through insurance portals.
