CENTURY 21 MILLER DAVIES REAL ESTATE LTD., Brokerage is a growing, fast-paced real estate brokerage located in the heart of downtown Burlington. We are seeking an energetic, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our administrative team in a full-time role.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience working in a real estate office and possess a strong understanding of real estate transactions, agreements, agency forms, and industry compliance requirements. This position requires a motivated self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, who can manage multiple priorities, and consistently delivers exceptional service to clients and agents alike.
POSITION AND DETAILS:
Full-Time
SCHEDULE:
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Welcome and assist clients, agents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Review, process, and electronically file listing, sale, and rental documentation
Input and maintain property listings through MLS® systems and Broker Load
Correspond with clients, agents, lawyers, and service providers
Prepare invoices and provide administrative support across multiple divisions
Forward transaction documentation to solicitors and other parties as required
Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media content creation, newsletters, and
video uploads
Support brokerage compliance and regulatory requirements
Coordinate and assist with special projects, events, new development launches, and
rental program initiatives
Provide ongoing administrative support to management and sales representatives
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate administrative role
Strong working knowledge of real estate agreements, agency forms, MLS® systems, and
industry standards
Experience with BrokerBay, Lone Wolf, MLS® platforms, Microsoft Office, Canva,
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube are considered a strong asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative attitude
Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive approach

Dedicated to producing high-quality work and seeing projects through to completion
