Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Labourer to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a growing business specializing in the construction of luxury concrete pools and spas - with potential opportunity for growth within the business. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, possess a positive and strong work ethic and work well with others. Prior experience in construction-related or landscaping tasks is a plus but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Assist with general construction tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and preparation.
- Use of various tools for construction of pool/spa structures, plumbing, tiling, concrete finishes
- This is a physically demanding position and you will be outside for the entire shift.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or landscaping preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with hand tools is an advantage
- Ability to operate basic power tools and equipment safely
- Willingness to learn new skills related to construction/concrete structures
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. This position provides valuable hands-on experience in the construction industry while supporting the successful completion of diverse projects. Hours are subject to change based on project demands. This is currently a temporary, seasonal position with potential for more full-time, permanent seasonal employment in the future.
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
