Your Responsibilities
- You'll develop software solutions, scripts, and automation tools that improve operational efficiency.
- You'll collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders to design, build, and enhance digital applications.
- You'll support system integrations through APIs and modern development practices.
- You'll leverage Python and other programming languages to streamline workflows and solve business challenges.
- You'll contribute to AI and emerging technology initiatives, including evaluating and implementing innovative solutions.
- You'll participate in testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
Skills and Qualifications
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience programming in Python, C#, Java, or similar object-oriented languages.
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, generative AI, or LLM-based projects through academic, personal, or professional experience.
- Experience working with SQL, APIs, Git, and modern software development practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a passion for learning new technologies.
- Experience building automation tools, dashboards, or internal applications through internships, co-op placements, or personal projects is highly valued.
