Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Pizza & Line Cooks to join our vibrant restaurant team. This is a kitchen preparing food fresh to order with a seasonal changing menu This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced food service environment, preparing delicious dishes and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ideal candidates will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided to the right candidates.
Duties
- Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Serve customers efficiently at the counter or during table service, providing friendly and attentive service
- Follow food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure quality control
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely meal delivery and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills for serving customers effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
