Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining various residential, commercial or institutional spaces, Vacation rental properties, and small businesses including offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas
- Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively
- Support senior cleaning staff with tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and surface disinfecting
- Adhere to company policies and health & safety regulations during all cleaning activities
Skills
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift light loads as needed
