Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic To-go Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a seamless take-out experience for our customers. You will play a vital role in communicating with guests, processing orders accurately, and maintaining a positive atmosphere in our establishment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with their take-out orders.
- Accurately enter orders into the POS system and ensure all items are prepared correctly.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist in packaging food items for take-out, ensuring quality presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help guests at all times.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
