Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications for patients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with prescriptions.
- Provide excellent patient service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns regarding medications and health-related questions.
- Maintain medication inventory by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and organizing supplies efficiently.
- Support the intake process by collecting necessary patient information and verifying prescription details.
Requirements
- Experience with Kroll pharmacy processing software is a requirement
- Experience as a pharmacy assistant or similar role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
