We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in similar customer service oriented roles is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Handle occasional customer transactions
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Proficient English + Chinese language speaking is a bonus (Cantonese or Mandarin)
- Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or customer service roles
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer support skills for handling inquiries professionally
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Additional administrative training is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
