We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
- Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and transaction details
- Engage in upselling and sales opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and suggest improvements
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality
- Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in both English and Spanish as needed
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clear and courteous interaction
- Proficiency in data entry and analysis skills for managing customer information effectively
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred to serve diverse clients
- Experience or familiarity with sales techniques, including upselling strategies
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analysis skills for identifying customer needs and recommending solutions
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $17.85-$33.88 per hour
