Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate / Driver is responsible for supporting the movement, maintenance, and delivery of equipment and assets used in brand activations, experiential marketing campaigns, trade shows, and live events. This hands-on role combines warehouse operations, logistics, driving, and fleet responsibility to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, mechanically inclined, and takes pride in maintaining both the warehouse and company fleet. We're looking for someone who treats our vehicles and equipment as if they were their own, proactively identifying maintenance needs, keeping vehicles in excellent condition, and ensuring every project leaves the warehouse complete and ready for execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations
- Pick, stage, and prepare equipment and assets for upcoming projects.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently while protecting equipment during transport.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and returned assets.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and warehouse organization.
- Ensure all project equipment, hardware, tools, and graphics are accounted for before departure.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Driving & Logistics
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and retrieve equipment throughout the GTA and surrounding areas.
- Load vehicles strategically to maximize space while ensuring safe transport.
- Complete delivery documentation and maintain accurate vehicle logs.
- Assist with loading and unloading at event sites when required.
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients, venues, and suppliers.
- Be flexible to work occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts based on project schedules.
Fleet Management & Vehicle Maintenance
- Take ownership of the company's fleet by maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of all vehicles.
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Monitor vehicle condition and proactively identify maintenance or repair requirements.
- Coordinate routine servicing, oil changes, tire maintenance, licensing, inspections, and repairs to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure vehicles remain compliant with all regulatory requirements.
- Keep trucks clean, organized, fueled, and fully stocked with required safety equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Report mechanical issues immediately and remove unsafe vehicles from service when necessary.
General Support
- Assist with basic assembly, repairs, and maintenance of activation assets and equipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided if required).
- Support warehouse process improvements and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Assist with other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid G-Class Driver's License required.
- Valid DZ License strongly preferred.
- Clean driver's abstract and safe driving record.
- Experience operating cube vans, straight trucks, or commercial vehicles.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, moving, delivery, or transportation experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience performing basic vehicle maintenance is a strong asset.
- Forklift certification is an asset or willingness to obtain certification.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly, with heavier lifting performed using team members or mechanical equipment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and perform repetitive physical work throughout the day.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
