We are hiring for a Warehouse Worker role in Listowel, Ontario.

ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Labour Associates to join our team on the day shift. In this role, you will assist with warehouse operations including loading and unloading products, order picking, palletizing, packaging, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, have strong attention to detail, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while following safety and quality standards.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Perform all duties safely while following company policies, procedures, and workplace regulations.
- Unload containers and stack products onto pallets.
- Secure palletized products using tape or stretch wrap.
- Pick and select orders by identifying products using SKUs.
- Apply labels to products and customer orders as required.
- Transfer products between pallets, conveyors, and designated work areas.
- Floor load cases onto trailers.
- Pack customer orders into boxes accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain product quality by selecting the correct items and quantities for customer orders.
- Clean machines, floors, walls, ceilings, and work areas to maintain a safe and sanitary workplace.
- Keep work areas free of debris and hazards.
- Perform other general labour duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS / CERTIFICATIONS
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand and perform physical work for extended periods.
- Ability to read product descriptions, SKUs, and order information accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Steel-toed safety boots or shoes are mandatory.
- No cell phones permitted on the plant floor.
- No jewelry may be worn while working.
- Must be fragrance-free.
- Employees are not permitted to leave the plant during their scheduled shift.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour
- Vacation Pay: 4% vacation pay
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
