What You Bring to the Team
The Credentials: A valid Class 1 Driver’s License and a solid understanding of CVSE regulations.
The Experience: Proven log hauling experience is a major asset (especially tri-drive/quad wagon setups). Mountain and forestry road experience is preferred but not required—we value professionalism and a strong work ethic above all else.
The Tech: You’re comfortable using SAMSARA to manage electronic logs and maintenance records.
The Mindset: You take pride in your machine, conducting thorough pre/post-trip inspections and keeping your rig clean. You work well with others, from loader operators to mill personnel.
The Logistics: You have reliable transportation to get to and from the yard.
