The Doorman is the first point of contact for guests at The Doctor’s House, responsible for creating a warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere. This role ensures smooth guest arrival and departure while maintaining the venue’s high standards of hospitality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
- Open and close doors for arriving and departing guests
- Provide directions within the venue and assist with event navigation
- Monitor entrances to ensure only authorized guests and staff enter
- Coordinate with event staff, hosts, and security to manage guest flow
- Assist guests with accessibility needs when required
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of entrance areas
- Handle guest inquiries courteously and escalate concerns when needed
- Support valet or parking coordination (if applicable)

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience is an asset
