Looking for a new and exciting job opportunity? We are looking for a Registered Behavioural Analyst (RBA)- Specialized Clinical Services to join our Behavioural Services team! As part of the interdisciplinary care team, you will be improving the lives of people with developmental disabilities who have complex and multiple needs through the provision of behavioural supports across all stages of assessment, care planning, treatment delivery, consultation and follow-up care in a collaborative team environment.

What You Will Do
· Assess behaviour and its functions using formal or informal observations and measurement and interpretation of results, including conducting functional assessments and functional analyses to develop evidence-informed behavioural interventions.
· Deliver ABA interventions to individuals who present with a range of skills, levels of functioning, and ages holistically.
· Contributes as an active member of the interdisciplinary care team to collaboratively achieve care goals using a holistic approach to care that considers a person’s supported medical, functional, societal participation, quality of life and mental well-being.
· Support the supervision of ABA interventions taught and assigned to direct care staff utilizing a team-based approach to care.
· Utilize ABA tactics and procedures through direct, staff mediated and/or group intervention formats.
· Implement CWSDS policies and procedures.
· Participates in quality improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
· Other duties as assigned.
What Qualifications & Skills Do You Bring
· Registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario in good standing.
· Master’s degree in education, health, social or behavioural sciences or equivalent as recognized by the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario.
· Experience in provision of behavioral services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities is preferred.
· Demonstrated experience in working with children and adults with developmental disabilities is an asset.
· Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and listening skills, in order to consult effectively with individuals and their families, community agencies and various other community-based organizations and professionals, with a strong focus on primary care professionals.
· Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs and ability to use these programs effectively.
· Ability to work “flexible hours” in order to meet the needs of individuals and their families.
· An appreciation for the Region’s ethno-culturally diverse community is required.
· A valid Ontario driver’s license and a vehicle.
· Providing proof of vaccination for COVID-19 and maintaining vaccination status during employment.
