Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Framer/Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in framing, carpentry, and related construction tasks. This role involves working on residential, commercial, and restoration projects, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to deliver high-quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute project specifications
- Construct and install framing for walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Experience
- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or framing roles with a strong understanding of building practices
- Proficiency in blueprint reading.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on a daily basis
- Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations relevant to construction sites
