What You'll Do
As a Fashion & Footwear Advisor, you'll create a welcoming shopping experience while helping customers find footwear and accessories that fit their style and lifestyle.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and assisting customers with warmth and professionalism
- Providing personalized product recommendations
- Processing sales accurately using our POS system
- Maintaining an organized, inviting sales floor
- Receiving and merchandising new inventory
- Delivering exceptional customer service and helping resolve customer inquiries
- Working collaboratively to create an outstanding in-store experience
What We're Looking For
- A genuine interest in fashion, footwear, and style
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfort working independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Retail or customer service experience is an asset, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are equally important
- English fluency is required; additional languages are an asset

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
