What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and supervise field-based nursing staff
Oversee care delivery and ensure regulatory compliance
Collaborate on care planning with Ontario Health atHome
Support quality improvement and clinical best practices
Participate in rotational on-call leadership coverage
What You Bring
RN in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
3–5+ years of clinical experience (community care preferred)
Strong leadership and case management skills
Valid driver’s license & access to a vehicle
