Club Pride is seeking dedicated maintenance and cleaning professionals to join our team. This role involves ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of our facilities to provide a welcoming environment for members and staff. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning of club facilities, including floors, restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks to uphold hygiene standards across all spaces
- Assist with facilities maintenance activities such as minor repairs, equipment upkeep, and preventative maintenance
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained
- Support overall cleanliness and organization during events or peak hours as needed
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, preferably in commercial or facility settings
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance and basic repair techniques
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools effectively
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
