Job Overview
We are currently hiring 5 experienced welders to join our growing team. This position involves primarily on-site mobile welding and structural steel work throughout the GTA. Most work is performed outdoors at construction and industrial sites.
Our company specializes in SMAW (Stick Welding) and structural steel reinforcement projects.
Requirements :
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of welding experience
- Ability to read and understand welding symbols and shop drawings
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently and safely on construction sites
- Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- CWB Certified to W47.1
- Flat Position Certification and/or All Position Certification
- Experience with structural steel welding
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License
Work Schedule
- Full-time position
- 40–44 hours per week
- Day and night shifts available depending on project requirements
Typical Shifts
Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- Overtime may be available
- Must be flexible to work day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and overtime when required

5160 Explorer Drive, Mississauga, ON
Most work is performed at various job sites throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This is a mobile welding position and not a shop-based role.
