Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Trailer Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Trailer repair and maintenance .This role requires a commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Preventative maintenance on the trailers
- Preventative maintenance on checking tires, wheels, brakes, air systems, clutch/linkage, starting system, electrical system, PM's, electrical work, brakes, suspension and product pump rebuilds.
- Follow safety and use of proper PPE.
- Follow procedures.
Skills
- Proficient in trailer repair techniques and practices.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and safety protocols.
- Competence in using power tools safely and effectively.
- Experience working with Caterpillar machinery is an advantage but not mandatory.
