YGC Canada Inc. serving Calgary and surrounding areas for 30+ years. We are looking for a Skilled Construction Laborer to join our fast-paced and growing team at YGC. We are a General Contractor that is involved with Residential home building & Renovating, an assortment of condominium and commercial reconstruction projects, service and maintenance, interior build outs, exterior and interior shopping centres with strip mall reconstruction and building, with a variety of other work in between.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated and can organize, follow direction and maintain a positive attitude with the ambition to advance in the company. This immediate position is full time and we also offer a wide range of training, including industry related courses.

Requirements;
· Positive attitude with the ability to work with a team or on your own
· Provide assistance and support to co-workers and Project Managers
· Good health, strong and reliable, no health issues.
· Any general construction skills such as handy man experience would be an asset
· Basic knowledge in construction
· Some skills in construction works would be an asset, and small repairs such as, flooring, framing, rough and finishing carpentry, drywall repairs, painting and caroent would be good but not necessary
· Ability to multi task while working independently, or as part of a team
· Dress according to the working requirements of each day (Proper PPE including hard hat, eye protection, safety boots or shoes, safety vest)
· Education would be an asset
· No criminal record
· Must have a reliable truck and as well as a decent driver abstract.
