Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers to support our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing, assembly, and packaging of products while consistently maintaining high standards of quality and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble components and products according to specifications and instructions
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met and identify defects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Adhere to all company health and safety policies and procedures
- Ensure equipment and work areas are properly maintained and hazard-free
Qualifications and Skills
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with a variety of machinery
- Basic math skills and familiarity with measuring tools
- Welding experience is considered an asset
- Strong physical ability and stamina for manual tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Experience using large machinery and pneumatic tools is preferred
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to punctuality and reliability
