Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable and versatile General Labourer to join our team on a stunning private estate in Port Carling. This role offers a diverse range of tasks, including grounds maintenance, general upkeep, and assisting with various projects around the property. If you are a hard worker with a keen eye for detail, enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining a beautiful environment, we encourage you to apply. Previous experience in general labor or property maintenance is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Painting – ceiling, walls, doors, trim etc
- Drywall repairs
- Exterior stucco repairs
- Working with hardware tools and power equipment
- Window washing
- Changing out lightbulbs / hanging Christmas lights
- Taking out garbage from the different residents
- Washing garage floors and keeping areas tidy
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and presentation standards are met.
- Snow removal in winter months
- General clean – up duties
- Other duties that may be required
Qualifications
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation required.
